Verizon LEC PIC Outage

Attached please find a notice from Verizon indicating an outage with their PIC/CARE interface beginning January 8th, 2012.  Any transaction after January 8th,with a request to change the carrier on the line to 0555, is in a backlog condition at this time.  If your customer was already presubscribed to 0555, then their traffic would process through our network without issue.  If your customer has asked you to issue an order to the LEC to pre-subscribe their line to 0555 from any other carrier, this transaction has not been completed.  In order to insure an expeditious change for your customer, it will be necessary for you/your customer to contact the Local Telephone Company's business office to complete a verbal change of the interexchange carrier on their lines.

Please contact ANI Wholesale Customer Support 1-877-264-7264 for any additional information relative to lines that may be impacted by this Verizon outage.

Additional updates will follow as we receive further updates from Verizon.

CDR Delivery 9/15/2011

Last evening, during the end of day processing of daily CDRS, an error was detected and the process automatically restarted. The restart resulted in generation of two daily CDR files being placed in Customer FTP folders. If you utilize ANI's daily CDRS for billing your customers, please be sure to take into consideration the existence of multiple files for the same period of time.

Should you have any questions relative to the duplicate extract, please contact ANI Wholesale Customer Support at 1-877-264-7264.

Thank You,
ANI-Networks

Network Event

At approximately 10:51 PST there was an Earthquake in Virginia. Shortly thereafter ANI Networks began to see a spike in traffic from multiple sources. As a result of this event, Carrier Customers may experience lower ASRs. Additionally, due to spikes in traffic to the destinations impacted by this event, we have seen an increase in failed calls resulting in "fast busy" conditions. ANI is taking the necessary steps to process as many of the calls presented to our network as possible, and will restrict calls to destinations most impacted by this event.

If you have any questions or concerns, please email Wholesale Customer Support at support@aninetworks.com or call 1-877-264-7264.

Thank You,
ANI-Networks

ARK Outage (Final Update)

The ARK outage experienced yesterday was completely resolved at approximately 11:00 PM PT, and full access to the ARK was restored to customers shortly after that time. The full root cause analysis is being vetted out with our suppliers in order to confirm all measures taken were appropriate, and to implement corrective action as needed.

In order to secure the integrity of the data, the ARK was placed into maintenance mode.

As a result of bringing the ARK Online to resume normal processing at 11:00 PM, not all of the day's CDRS billed with the normal end of day processes. As a result, CDRS that were delivered to you today will not contain the entire day's CDRS. We have approximately 11% of all CDRS in the database processed, prepared to bill with today's end of day billing run. These CDRS will be delivered, with today's call records, in tomorrow's files. Please note, not everyone's CDRS will be reduced by 11%. This number can fluctuate at the Customer level depending upon your call volumes, relative to the time stamp of the initial outage.

Lastly, at no time was your customer's ability to complete calls impacted by this event. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused your organization and appreciate your understanding.

If you would like any additional information, please feel free to contact Support@aninetworks.com and we will be happy to assist
