IMPORTANT ARK CERTIFICATE RE-ISSUANCE

We are going to re-issue all ARK certificates over the next week. Please follow the instruction below when you receive your new certificate.

If you are not an ARK user, please disregard this email.

Instructions

You will be receiving an email from Support@aninetworks.com containing two new ARK certificates. Before installing the new certificates your old certificates need to be removed.

Removal
From your browser certificate window, remove all certificates issued by ANI Networks in both the Personal and Trusted Root Certification Authorities tabs.

Install
Once the certificates are removed, click on the link from the email and select Open when the dialog box opens up. During the installation of both certificates, you will be asked for a password but there is NOT a password so just click the next button and you will skip it.

• PFX: While installing the first certificate in the email, just click next through the import wizard. This cert should automatically be stored in your Personal certificates.

• CACert.crt: The second certificate in the email needs to be installed in your Trusted Root Certification Authorities. To do this, on the second page of the Import wizard, select the option to "Place all certificates in the following store". Next, click the browse button and select Trusted Root Certification Authorities from the drop down. Click Ok, Next, and Finish to complete the installation.

Once both certificates are installed please close the browser and open a new one. If you are using Chrome you may need to copy and paste the certificate links into the web browser address bar then follow the installation instructions.
