In the communications world, there are various repairs, outages and service work happening all the time. Theoretically there is enough redundancy in the network to make it such that you do not notice any of this. Every once in a while this is not the case. U4 attempts to keep you as well informed as possible.
You will be updated as much as possible. Calling Customer Service will most likely not get you anymore information then what is included in this site.
The cost of your service is based on a best effort to keep it working as much as possible. U4 does everything possible to keep you connected. Any outage, loss of service or repair that prevents you from using your service does not constitute a reason to issue a refund or discount. Please do not request one.
