We are making a security change on the ARK servers tomorrow morning (Friday 8/23/13) during our 3am/pacific maintenance window that could affect users when trying to get to the ARK. All users will need to make sure they have SSL 3 or TLS 1 enabled in their browser otherwise they will get "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage".
*Internet Explorer: Go to Tools, Internet Options. Click on Advanced tab and scroll to the bottom of the screen. Check Use SSL 3.0 or TLS 1.0, click Apply, OK. Refresh by clicking REFRESH or pressing F5.
*Mozilla Firefox: Go to Tools, Options. Click ADVANCED, go to ENCRYPTION tab, check box USE SSL 3.0, click OK. Hit REFRESH or F5.
Safari: SSL is auto-enabled.
