ANI Networks Updated Documentation and New Email Notification Effective May 1, 2014

ANI Networks is pleased to announce that on May 1, 2014 the attached documents are being optimized for clarification and will be added to the Forms Library in the ARK. These documents consist of an addition to our ANIN TCSI Code List that will identify the exact reject reason previously identified as TCSI Code 8992 'EDI Record Rejected (Invalid Content)' as well as an update to a Field Name on the ANIN EDI File Layout. All of the changes are listed below.

For the update to the Field name on the ANIN EDI File Layout, in the current format, the Field in position 301-310 is named VAC Table ID. In the new format, the Field will be named VAC Table Name (example below).

Accordingly, in the current format the VAC Layout in position 301-310 is named VAC Table ID. In the new format, the VAC Layout will be named VAC Table Name (example below).

The VAC Notes have been update to reflect these changes.

 

For our Managed Long Distance customers, these changes are also reflected on the ANIN MLD EDI File Layout in the Forms Library on the ARK.

 

Lastly, we are pleased to announce the addition of email notifications in response to our EDI File Process Rejects. Customers assigned to the Customer Management notification group will begin to receive emails in the following instances:

            ●          A duplicate EDI filename is submitted

            ●          Problem with File Naming or content (empty, fails initial file check)

            ●          Bad Records identified, NAK file produced
